@HSBC_UK wow ive been on hold 29 minutes and now blindly transferred on another hold after the lady said “give me one monent to read through the notes” really terrible service. 252888855. Can someone help me or do i need to continue to hold forever? I cant believe this

@HSBC_UK I just registered HSBC UK mobile app, but unable to log in to online banking. The message 'we've been unable to verify you' keep popping up.I called your hotline and upon checking, all registration had been completed and my steps for normal login were correct.

@HSBC_UK three weeks on App still malfunctioning. Hangs up mid transaction, says the transfer could not be processed when it clearly was as it shows on my statement, freezes mid-log in. Please sort it out

@HSBC_UK I’ve done so, and have managed to get this down to 5 days before I need to call the number I’ve called three times already to be pointed to the website each time. This is awful.

Considering opening a business bank account? Whatever you do, don’t go with @HSBC_UK. It could take you months. Even without any issues that need dealing with. If things CAN take longer, they will. It’s like pulling teeth.
