Added some extra spices (garlic powder, onion powder, salt, white pepper) and used ground chicken instead of pork because I couldn't find any for some reason. I loved it, way better than I thought it was going to be.

This is a great starter recipe for white chili. I added black beans and more seasoning (salt, pepper, cumin, chili powder) and sriracha to add spiciness. To add thickness, add the white beans without draining, and the longer you simmer it, the thicker it gets. This was quick and easy to prepare.

Good starter recipe. Used ground bison, added kidney & garbanzo beans, and salt & pepper. Half the chili seasoning (so that its not too spicy for the kids). Then threw it all in the InstaPot - on the soup/stew setting for 15 mins. Made some cheesy/garlic baguettes to dip with the chili.

Love this Chili. For an easy and quick meal, this is my go to recipe. Usually have everything on hand. Yummy!!

Did not use cumin but more chili powder, salt, pepper and paprika make it more of a light chili.

It tasted good but I had to season it much more than the directions said to. I also might reduce the amount of corn next time but was very tasty.

I used chicken instead of pork because we didn't have any pork. Delicious recipe!!!

I used chicken.instead of the pork, 3 large breasts and placed chicken with onion, garlic, 1 can of chicken broth and spices in crock pot with a packet of taco seasoning and a small can of chipotle sauce, let simmer in the crock pot for a few hours, shredded the chicken and added the rest of ingredients, I did not drain the canned beans. You can add more both if it is too thick. I let it simmer for 1 hour and it came out so good I had to make another pot. We topped with salsa, cheese, sour cream and green onions.

So simple and delicious, I always add more of my favorite spices and wilt chard or kale in it at the end for some extra color and flavor

I added 1 cup of elbow macaroni and an extra 8oz of water before letting it simmer for 20 minutes. Came out awesome!

I made this with shredded chicken because I didn't have ground pork on hand and white chili made me think of chicken more than pork - it was really good! Super quick and easy to make, but with a surprising amount of flavor given the short ingredient list. I used dried chopped onions too, because I'm not a big onion fan and I'm too lazy to chop them :) This will be a keeper for my family.

Have made this twice with some variations. I found it to be too watery and tasteless. Will be looking for something else.
