Hey all you SaaS #growth and #sales leaders out there. Are you seeing net new logos shrink in terms of the % of ARR your business is closing every quarter? And meanwhile, if you're hitting your numbers, leaning into IB selling is where you're seeing the most near-term impact? If this sounds familiar, you're right on trend with the overall market, per the latest SaaS Trends Report from Vendr:▶ In 2022, 30% of all purchases were net-new, and 70% were renewals. ▶ In 2023 so far this year, that number is down, with just 19% of purchases being net new.▶ In Q3, net new purchasesmade up just 17% of transactions on Vendr’s platform.Takeaway? Focus on customer relationships even more during these times. (please view also [currently only in German language] https://lnkd.in/gdhRAzUP)c) no actionism in terms of "Digital Transformation", d) more "define a Big Picture of your future landscape" and fill-in the gaps or reduce complexity, automate as much as possible ... e) increase the percentage of usage for each tool (more training and practising).f) more empowerment

Revenue contribution from new acquisitions for SaaS companies has decreased YOY. According to Vendr, only 19% of total revenues in 2023 came from new accounts compared to 30% in 2022.
