She was also a female fashion referent for many years, inspiring the so-called "Pink beam" in Novanglia and other western countries.

Originally born and raised in Antartique, Onassis moved to Hawkinsville in 1952, looking for financial opportunities after graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in European literature. She was married for three years to Manfred Cross, who was serving as a Member of the Parliament, but ultimately had a divorce with him in 1963. Shortly after meeting him, Jacqueline married the magnate Aristotle Onassis, with whom she stayed with until his death in 1975, when she was given the charge of leading a main part of his main enterprise. Onassis became one of the most famous Novanglian women for her very interesting personal life, which was shown in detail to the public with her best-seller book titled "The Last Will and Testament of Jacqueline Onassis" This gave her enough national fame to be invited to join the live TV program "Goûter with Diana Spencer" alongside the titular, appearing in it as a recurring guest until 2011.

Early life[]

Childhood and college[]

Jacqueline Lee Bouvier was born on July 28, 1929, in the city of Port Heureux, Antartique, to John Vernou Bouvier III and Janet Norton Lee, both with a diverse ancestry, including Scottish and French. The prior was a prominent economist and investor in both their home nation and the neighbouring Novanglia which was a Henrylandic dominion at the time. The family was deeply supportive of the Bonapartist regime back in Europe, with her cousin Bouvier Beale being drafted to fight in the Third Great War.

Throughout her childhood, Onassis would be an accomplished who went into learning many abilities, such as complex reading, horse riding, ballet and most importantly learning languages, having a special focus on English, but also learning small portions of Dutch. She attented an all-female primary school, receiving complains about her attitude despite her excellent grades. The divorce of his parents led to her first visit to Astra with her father, but also affected her on a personal level. During her years in college, Jacqueline grew an interest in arts, history and culture, something that she carried on later in her life.

Career[]

Immigration to Novanglia and early career[]

The years subsequent to the Third Great War left the French, and by extension the Artane economy in a bad state. Motivated by this, she decided to leave her home country and immigrate to Novanglia as it was experiencing a period of prosperity brought upon the resources of the victorious conflict. She obtained a twelve-month junior editorship in an important nation-reaching magazine. Onassis quickly became known for the job, getting to interview people of interest like Chris Lang, son of the just elected Prime Minister Jack Lang.

First Marriage[]

During his career, Onassis admitted that she was aware of the fact that she was constantly questioned for her age (25 at the time) and not being able to marry. She then met Manfred Douglas Cross, who was at the time serving as a Member of the Parliament in Ysiria, and after months of dating she decided to officially marry him in November of 1959. The couple had their first and only child in late 1962, but the young boy named Jack Cross Bouvier died only two days after his birth of a Hyaline membrane disease. This traumatic event, according to her, eventually led to their divorce only a year later, as the practice started to be more accepted by the catholic society of the time.

Return to journalism[]

At the time of getting married, Jacqueline decided to renounce her job at the magazine, but thanks to her experience she was easily allowed to return in 1964. Some of her jobs of this period include; coverage of political situations the reign of John IV in Henryland, the scandal of Robert Stanfield in Columbia, the independentist efforts of Seán Kennedy and the dictatorial regime of Lyndon Johnson. In a time where the Novanglian fashion was evolving style was evolving, her personal style started to get recognized with the female youth, starting the so-called "Pink Beam" of that year's summer. This outfit has been referenced many times in modern pop culture, and Onassis is still considered a fashion model to the modern day.

Onassis got involved with national politics when supporting Labour candidate Arthur Calwell on his bid against the Conservative George McGovern. She handled some parts of his campaign and held an interview to him that resulted beneficial in the polls.

Second Marriage[]

Jackie married her old friend and business magnate from Rhomania Aristotle Onassis, who already had two children residing in the province of Rangeland (where she eventually moved); Alexander and Charlotte. Aristotle was of great help to the modernization of the Rhomanian shipping industry and economy in general, giving both an important amount of money. Despite his influence in Europe, they decided to settle in Novanglia, mainly for political reasons rather than economic ones.

Jacqueline Onassis (An Honorable Retelling) (3)

After the death of his son Alexander, his husband's health started to deteriorate until his passing in 1975, passing her the administration over the Novanglian branch of Onassis Transit. With little to no experience enough to complete such task and continuing to work as a journalist, Jacqueline kept the business on board against all external odds, getting her back to the public eye. She was chosen as Time Person of the Year in 1978 for these same efforts.

Later life[]

Her husband's death deeply affected her and would motivate her to write a full auto-biographical book that eventually became a best seller even in the far United States. Over the course of the late 80s and 1990s Onassis was crowned as one of the main figures of Novanglian pop culture with comedian Bobby Bernard, musician David Bowie and other prominent figures. In 1993, Diana Spencer, who she had already met her in the past and admittedly used her for fashion inspiration, would invite her to join her live program and considered the most famous in the country. The program consists on the Goûter, a fourth food based on sugar products that's only common in both Novanglia and Henryland, and dicussing subjects like news and history. His recurring appearence on the program lasted for over two decades until her final retirement in 2011 because of her age.

She is coloquially known as "The most expensive woman in Novanglia" and the date of her death has been made a widespread "bet" among the youth.
