Family succession needs 'years of planning' ftadviser.comRussell Prior, our Head of Family Governance, Family Office Advisory and Philanthropy, spoke to FT Adviser about how business owners should have a clear plan for ownership transition in place long before the eventual exit, so that even if plans change along the way, they are able to take control.He also explained that succession planning for businesses was becoming increasingly complicated due to family dynamics and globalisation.
