I would recommend Dr.Jackson to anyone with serous knee issues b/c he's the best in GA. I went to 4 other doctors that couldn't do the surgery, but each one recommended someone new until I found my way t9 Dr. Jackson. He would take a great deal of time to ensure that I understood my options and the pros and cons of each decision and the best and worst case scenarios for each of those. He would give recommendations if I asked what he thought would be best for a situation such as "insert situation." I was always included in making the final decision and it was always up to me as far as what that decision was. I recommend him to everyone I know and any one that asks about my knee or we get on the subject I always sing Dr. Jackson's praises!!! He's the best!! 5 stars!!!

The healthcare providers at Emory are amazing. They listen to what we have to say, answer any questions we have had and respond to any communication after office visits. The fact that the doctor called to check on my son after his surgery was top notch. Most places have a nurse or a secretary call but Dr. Jackson called personally and that meant the world to us.

Dr. Jackson and N.P. Cara are phenomenal! Dr. Jackson explained all details, from the beginning, about my surgery, post op, and long term physical rehab so I can walk again. Fantastic!!!

Dr. Jackson was great! He showed great concern and empathy for my injury, which occurred from a fall during a yellow jacket attack! He explained the problem and how we would proceed with addressing it. His attitude and demeanor were comfortable and reassuring.

Dr. Jackson recommended a steroid & lidocaine shot & I told him I wanted to move forward, I just do not react well to Cortisone and he didn't say anything to my comment and then proceeded to give me a cortisone shot (which I didn't know that's what I had until I looked at my patient portal the next day) and I've been in horrible horrible 10/10 pain due to a cortisone flare. This was so easily preventable. I've had trigger point steroid injections before and have done fine with those but I know my body doesn't react well to cortisone. This is day 3 and I'm still in pain & can barley move my shoulder/arm.
