If you are Black and want your hair cut absolutely avoid this location at all cost. The olney location is much better. I spoke with the manager Natasha by phone and was treated by her. My hair stylist cancelled last minute and I desperately needed someone to cut me. I discovered the manager was Black and hair dresser when I got in there. She was the only Black one there, was USELESS when I was asking questions about who could do my hair. The front desk young man (Black) was more helpful than her. Rather than her a wash and cut as I initially wanted, I just opted for a dry cut. The Asian hair dresser did her best. I have to coach her throughout the entire trim that was my cut. It looked very unfinished and was charged $52 for work that I will have to pay someone else to clean up. What made matters worse the Black manager Natasha kept giving me a stank look the entire time she watched her stylist be coached by me. All in all I will never return.

Went here while in town for a blowout. They were very friendly and were able to fit me in as a walk-in. The stylist was super nice and did a great job blow drying and straightening my hair. Would definitely go again when in the area.

The quality of his work and creativity gives me so much energy and vibrant results every single time. This time I asked to add a fun touch of pink on my existing highlights and he nicely infused his creativity to have pink on each sides un evenly only to make it exquisitely cute and fun! Visited the salon for my first haircut in a year and had Bambi as my stylist. I got a great shampoo, cut and blow dry! Bambi was so friendly and I felt very relaxed and not judged by the messy/frizzy condition of my hair. I got my bangs fixed and they look amazing now. Would definitely have Bambi do my hair again!
